News Photography

As a staff photographer at a daily newspaper Norm learned to photograph people unobtrusively. "I captured events, expressions, and life as it happened. Choosing my vantage point, framing and anticipation allowed me to document events naturally. Often people forgot that I was present. That often led to recording life's best moments through my lens." Norm's photography has been published in newspapers such as The New York Daily News, The Boston Globe, and The Hartford Courant via The Associated Press.
